The Auxerrois (the same vine as the Pinot Blanc) is a wine that is both fresh, full-bodied and supple.
With its light yellow color, it will be appreciated for its discretely fruity and flowery aromas. Tender and delicate, it will accompany most dishes. It will be a perfect fit with fish in sauce or veal liver, fowl, rabbit and can be enjoyed with mild or melted cheeses.
