This wine is elaborated from a Savagnin Rose vine which can only be made in the village of Heiligenstein. Golden in color, it is full-bodied with a long mineral finish. This wine is both lush and refined with exotic fruit overtones just like its cousin the Gewurtztraminer but less exuberantly so!
To be served as an aperitif, with delicacies, cheese and fruit desserts.
