Complètement Toké - macerated Pinot Gris

"Complètement Toké" means "Completely crazy!

Completely crazy, because completely unusual. Indeed, the Pinot Gris is usually a white wine. But this one has a beautiful pink/amber color. This is because we left the skin of the grape macerate with the juice for a few hours. It gives to the wine this beautif color, and more body with soft tannins. It is a perfect match with white meats in sauce, exotic food or cheese.
