Our Crémant Rosé is elaborated in the tradition of Champagne wines and exclusively from Pinot Noir.
It is submitted to a very quick maceration which gives it its delicately rosy color. The bubbles are very fine thanks to a low temperature fermentation over several weeks. It carries black currant scents on the nose and a fresh, raspberry mouth feel. This wine is balanced with a long finish.
Great for aperitif, dessert, delicacies. Also perfect with strawberry pies or any red fruit pie.
