Riesling Vendanges Tardives 2015

This sweet, well-structured wine has candied citrus overtones which will delight your palate with its rich aromas. You will still find the typical tanginess of the Riesling, which brings a fine balance to this full-bodied wine and makes it particularly delicate and refined. A pleasurable wine that can be drunk on its own, with foie gras or dessert.

Commentary:

Beautiful buttercup yellow color. On the nose, a sumptuous start of charming flower honey overtones, mild spices (cinnamon, saffron…) and caramelized fruits (tarte tatin, caramelized apricots). The mouthfeel is original and aromatic and lives up to its promises. Flavors of exotic fruit, a hint of oriental spices and citrus zest (grapefruit, kumquat) combine in a particularly smooth and long finish; a remarkably complex wine.
