These « Sélections de Grains Nobles » are grapes that are harvested very late (just like Vendanges Tardives) and on top of that drastically selected.
This is a rare and exceptional wine with golden colors, an elegant and extremely delicate nose, all very promising! Like a delicacy, roll it around your tongue and you find a smooth, rich wine with honey aromas, small yellow fruits bursting with sugar. The aromas normally associated with the muscat grape are replaced by more complex flavors.
This wine should be served for special occasions or at the end of a meal to fully appreciate its power.
